- Receive two tailored conceptual plans designed to meet your specific requirements.
If you liked our conceptual plan, we kindly ask our clients to make a small advance payment, allowing both parties to fully commit to the project, and in the event of an execution agreement, this amount will be deducted from the total project value.
Bringing the conceptual plan to life, collaborate with our architects to transform the concept into reality.
- Floor plans, incorporating furniture layouts, are meticulously designed, taking into account the client’s requirements and enhanced by the artistic vision of the architect.
- 3D external views are envisioned.
- A maximum of three revisions is allowed for both floor plans and 3D external elevations.
Note: We will provide ample time for the client to review and finalize the floor and 3D external elevation plans. Once approved by the client, alterations cannot be made. Any changes during the construction phase will incur double the cost of construction expenses.
Meet with our team of civil experts to choose the desired materials for your home, facilitating the finalization of the quotation based on your plan and selected materials.
A conclusive quotation is generated, considering the finalized plan and materials approved by the client. Following this, an “Execution Agreement” is endorsed with the client.
During the construction phase, we prioritize transparency and communication to keep you well-informed about the progress of your project. You will receive regular updates, providing you with a clear understanding of the ongoing developments and anticipated completion timelines.
